Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number.
  2. A description of the removed content and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction where Virtual Victory operates.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Virtual Victory maintains a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
